Changing or canceling an appointment:
From your personal account, you can cancel a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, then reschedule it with the same professional.
All our practitioners are qualified in their specialty. They have signed a collaboration agreement with Dismed and are also trained in teleconsultation to ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality support.
Each practitioner's rates are indicated at the time of booking and on their profile.
In some cases, a preliminary 15-minute or 30-minute consultation may be offered.
Teleconsultations (assessments and sessions) are not covered by the CPAM (French national health insurance).
Assessments and preliminary consultations are paid for at the time of booking.
Sessions and follow-ups are billed at the end of the month by the administrative office, which will send you a detailed invoice.
Teleconsultations are paid for at the end of each month.
Most mutual insurance companies and international insurance providers cover teleconsultations. We advise you to check directly with your health insurance provider. Our service also has agreements with certain mutual insurance companies and partner educational institutions.
The CFE reimburses, on an exceptional basis, teleorthophony services provided via Dismed, according to the coverage and rates applicable to care provided abroad.
