I offer transition coaching and can help you navigate this period of change, whether it is personal (new parent, separation, bereavement, etc.) or professional (expatriation, new job, career change, entrepreneurship, etc.), as this is an area I know well.
I have been living abroad for several years and move to a new city every three years (Paris, Beirut, Sardinia, Dubai, and Miami). I have also worked in three different sectors, including coaching, both as an employee and an entrepreneur.
Over the years, I have learned to reinvent myself without losing sight of who I am and what I need to move forward, even in times of distress, burnout, or stagnation. That is why I have specialized in this field, to help my clients navigate these often difficult transitional phases.
I obtained my coaching certificate from the Coach Training Alliance (CTA) in the United States. I am also ICF certified, a status awarded by the International Coaching Federation, and finally, I am a practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy™ (TLT).
I offer sessions in French or English. In our coaching sessions, we will create the space you need to take a step back and gain clarity. You will do the work yourself, but I will be there to support you using various methods tailored to your personal experience: NLP, coactive coaching, and mindfulness.
