"How hard you have to work to be natural" L. Jouvet
Coaching, individual support
- Preparation for orals: personality interviews, presentations (dissertations, presentations...)
- Personal development to find the audacity to act and decide on your future
I specialize in preparing for selective higher education entrance interviews, internships and first jobs. I use self-awareness and motivation tools inspired by positive psychology, public speaking techniques and recruitment techniques. In my practice, a great deal of emphasis is placed on training, which is essential, as well as on role-playing and recurring questions. It's all about having sufficient self-knowledge and confidence in your abilities to face any jury with authenticity.
Drawing on my experience as a consultant, trainer and volunteer, I offer to help young people develop their personalities while respecting their individual identities, and deploy their talents to achieve their goals. Over the last few years, I've often met talented people, young and old, who didn't know they were talented,
Some were naturally charismatic and very comfortable speaking, while others were petrified of the idea of public speaking. By studying their issues, I've come to understand that the art of eloquence requires perfect self-knowledge, and that it must be practiced with humility and authenticity.
Training to deliver oral presentations is all the more important now that we are witnessing a resurgence of the oral tradition in our society, with the multiplication of oral formats for communicating, transmitting and selecting (YouTube, TED conferences, eloquence competitions, "grand orals", presentations, motivational interviews, role-playing, improvisation...). For students or recent graduates entering the job market, the challenges are many: convincing and or persuading a jury, showcasing your knowledge through form, embodying your subject, having self-confidence with naturalness and spontaneity.
Success lies in regular self-improvement and training.
After graduating from Audencia, I worked as a manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Paris, before spending 15 years abroad (Asia, Africa, Europe). Through the various activities I've carried out as a trainer for children, young people and adults, I've experimented with different pedagogical postures and their implications for self-development and relationships with others. A mother of three, I'm studying psychology and coaching again this year at the University of Paris VIII. I'm also a member of a business school jury, and I do volunteer work with vocational high schools through the C Possible association.
I love theater, which I practiced for several years as an amateur, and hiking in the Corsican mountains.
