Before joining the Dismed network, I worked as a freelance in private and multidisciplinary practices, as well as in medical facilities, in a children's clinic in France and Vietnam. Alongside my practice, I am committed to ongoing training in various fields (parental support, oral disorders, bilingualism...) in order to perfect my work and update my knowledge. I work in French and can provide parental guidance in English. The assessment is a prerequisite for setting up rehabilitation sessions. During the first interview, we discuss your personal and medical history, or that of your child; then I gather information to understand your difficulties as well as your strengths, or those of your child. The actual assessment is then carried out over 2 or 3 sessions, using standardized tests. At the end of the session, a written report is drawn up, enabling us to discuss how we will proceed (parental support, individual sessions, information for other professionals involved, etc.). Re-education sessions generally last between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on individual needs and attention spans. The equipment is varied, adapted and scalable.
