I am a French therapist who studied and practiced for several years within the French and American systems/communities. I studied humanities and psychology in France and the United States (a Bachelor's degree and a Master 1 in France, a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in the USA) before gaining experience in various fields (clinical, correctional, educational, hospital).

Holding a license in Counseling Psychology in the United States, I practice and teach psychology at a primary and secondary level institution in the Washington D.C. area. As part of my work here, I also collaborate weekly with other psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to meet the specific needs of our students.

I believe in therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to bring more peace, serenity, and well-being to your life and relationships.
Each person brings their own experiences and goals; therefore, I will use various clinical techniques to help achieve the desired results for each individual. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where everyone can explore a variety of topics.

I enjoy working with children/adolescents, adults, and families. I have accumulated professional experience working with patients facing various difficulties and needs such as: anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, parental coaching needs, traumatic experiences, eating disorders, relationship issues, etc.
Since each client brings their own needs, I will work to provide an individualized treatment plan to address these needs with a variety of techniques.
