I practice transition coaching and offer you my help to better live through this period of change, whether personal (new parent, separation, bereavement...) or professional (expatriation, new position, career change, entrepreneurship...) since it's a language I know well.

I've been an expatriate for several years now, moving every 3 years to a new city (Paris, Beirut, Sardinia, Dubai and Miami). I have also worked in three different sectors, including coaching, both as an employee and an entrepreneur.

Over the years, I've learned to reinvent myself without losing sight of who I am and what I need to move forward, even in times of distress, overwork or blockage. That's why I've specialized in this area, to help my customers through these often painful transitions.

I obtained my coaching certificate from the Coach Training Alliance (CTA) in the United States. I'm also ICF certified, a status issued by the International Coaching Federation, and finally I'm a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy (Time Line Therapy™ TLT).
I offer sessions in French or English. In our coaching sessions, we'll create the space you need to step back and gain clarity. You'll do the work yourself, but I'll be there to support you with different methods adapted to your personal experience: NLP, coactive coaching and mindfulness.
