As a certified skills assessment and career guidance consultant (CP FFP Consultant Bilan de compétences), I work with middle and high school students to help them prepare for a career or academic career change, or a reorientation in the case of students.
The school or student career assessment enables young people to take stock of their situation, in order to "get to know themselves", "enhance their self-esteem" and "choose a career path suited to their project and profile".
This first stage of orientation is essential if the young person is to build a realistic, achievable project.
In this way, he or she gains self-knowledge and important information to take into account for the rest of his or her career.
- The assessment is carried out in 3 stages:
o 1st appointment : Presentation of the assessment and the stages and knowledge to take stock of the request.
o 2nd appointment : Review of the orientation test and definition of the stages of information on orientation and training.
o 3rd appointment : Analysis of research and milestones, and action plan to be implemented.

- Appointments at any time, on request, to take stock of the situation and unblock complex situations (managing registration files, etc.).
